I'm facing a strange issue with my laptop while gaming. Randomly, the performance drops significantly, and at the same moment, the fans stop running. The only way to get everything back to normal is by shutting it down and turning it back on. This problem started showing up after I swapped out a faulty keyboard and USB board. Also, if your FPS drop coincides with the fans stopping, could it be an issue with your AC adapter?
