What’s the Best Way to Power My EVGA 3080 FTW3 with Limited Connectors?

I'm looking to install my EVGA 3080 FTW3 in a Mini-ITX build, but my power supply, a Silver Stone SX600-G, only outputs 600 watts and doesn't have enough power connectors to support the three 8-pin connectors the 3080 requires. I have one proper 8-pin PCIe power cable, but I'm considering using adapters to connect two additional cables from molex to 8-pin. I'm weighing a few options:
1. Use the PCIe 8-pin for one connection and two molex-to-8-pin adapters for the others. However, I'm concerned about the molex potentially not being able to handle the load.
2. Use the PCIe 8-pin and convert the 6-pin pigtail into an 8-pin with an adapter, along with the molex adapters.
3. Another method could be running the PCIe 8-pin and 6-pin with pigtails, while using the molex to connect to one 8-pin and transfer some ground connections.
I'm just trying to figure out the safest way to power my card without getting a new PSU if possible. Also, is just using two 8-pins enough to test it out? The older 2080Ti didn't seem to handle it well before.

Honestly, the best and safest option would be to just get a PSU that has all the correct connections. That way you won't have to worry about adapters or overload risks.

Fair point, but what's the safest way to do this without dropping $90 on a new PSU?
