I'm curious about the effects of putting tower coolers sideways, like the DeepCool AK400. Since these coolers have heat pipes that rely on some sort of thermal fluid that evaporates and condenses, would positioning the cooler horizontally impact that process? After all, in typical PC cases, the coolers often operate in a sideways position. How does this orientation influence heat transfer?

Heat pipes are designed to work regardless of their orientation! They rely on capillary action to return the small amount of liquid back to the heat source, and this happens pretty quickly. So no worries about side placements affecting performance.
That's good to know! Would using two fans in a push-pull setup improve heat dissipation compared to just one fan pushing air out?
