Troubleshooting Boot Loop Issues with XMP Enabled

I've been dealing with some annoying BSOD crashes on my PC for about six months now, and every time, the error code I get is WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR. From my research, I think it's probably related to my RAM. I tried to see if a specific RAM stick was the problem, but instead, I ended up with a boot loop when I switched things around. The only way I can boot my PC now is by disabling XMP, even though it was working fine on XMP before I removed the RAM. Here are my specs: ASUS Z590M PLUS, Intel 11900k, MSI 3070, and Corsair Vengeance RGB 16GB x2 in slots 2 and 4. If you need more details, just let me know—I'm really stuck on what to do next!

What speed is your memory kit rated for? You might want to check what XMP profile you're using. Sometimes, RAM can degrade over time, so the settings that worked in the past might not be stable without increasing voltages.

It's rated at 3600 MHz, and I'm currently using XMP 1.

Have you tried updating your BIOS with XMP turned off? I had similar issues until I updated my BIOS, and that helped stabilize my RAM at XMP speeds.

I've already updated the BIOS to V1802, which is the latest for my motherboard.
