Which Graphics Card Should I Upgrade To?

Hey everyone! I'm currently using a GTX 1070 that's over 10 years old and it's starting to fail, which is a bummer. I have around $300 to spend on a new graphics card and I'd like to buy something before prices go up due to shortages. I have the option to get a 5060 for $300 or a 9060 XT 8GB model for $280. I was also considering the Arc B850, but it's backordered until January and I don't think my GTX 1070 will last that long. I mainly play games like Warframe, story-driven games, and Minecraft Java Edition, and I'd love to try using shaders as well! My CPU is an AMD Ryzen 7 5700G. Thanks in advance for your thoughts!

You should really consider how your motherboard plays into this. Since you've been using Nvidia, it might be a smoother upgrade to stick with Nvidia this time too. But honestly, all GPUs use the same PCI slot, so that shouldn’t be an issue either way! Just make sure to check compatibility first.

What do you mean about needing to stick to Nvidia? They all fit in a PCIe slot. Just some might perform better depending on your setup!
