Issues with Ryzen 7 9700X Integrated GPU

I'm in a bit of a pickle here. I'm switching my graphics card from a 7600 to a 9060XT, but I've already packed the 7600 away. The 9060XT is set to arrive around December 4th. In the meantime, I wanted to use the integrated GPU for basic tasks and for some Teams calls. However, the integrated GPU seems completely unresponsive. I first tried connecting via DisplayPort and HDMI with the dedicated GPU removed, but nothing happened. Then I reinstalled the external GPU to access the BIOS settings and selected the option to prioritize the iGPU. After that, when I booted, the system seemed to skip showing the manufacturer logo and eventually defaults to the external GPU, even though I set it to use the iGPU. I managed to get into the BIOS, but it's stuck on a black screen when I try to boot without the external GPU. When I completely remove the external GPU and plug either a DP or HDMI cable directly into the motherboard, I can hear Windows 11 start up, but again, there's no visual output, not even in the BIOS. I'm really stuck here with a functioning iGPU that gives me no visual feedback. What can I do to troubleshoot this? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Have you tried clearing the CMOS settings? It can sometimes reset any misconfigurations that might be causing the issue. Just pop out the battery from the motherboard for a bit and then put it back in to reset everything.

That was actually next on my list to try, but I got held up. Is it just about taking the battery out and putting it back in, right?
