I have several mini PCs that I'm planning to sell, and I want to avoid installing Windows just for hardware specs. I'm searching for a tool that functions similarly to HWINFO or CPU-Z, presenting system specifications in a user-friendly way. Ideally, it should be something I can install without needing an internet connection on the mini PCs.

Have you looked into CPU-X? It's designed for Linux and works pretty well for gathering system specs. Plus, it has a nice interface!
You might want to try out Hardinfo2. It's a pretty handy tool for viewing hardware details on Linux and should meet your needs nicely.
If you're open to it, OCCT has a Linux beta version that you could use—it's pretty comprehensive with system info. You might find it in the AUR or as a Flatpak.
