I'm putting together a gaming and video editing PC using a Ryzen 7 9800X3D processor and an MSI 5070Ti Shadow OC GPU. My other components include an MSI MAG B850 Max WIFI motherboard, 32GB of CL30 DDR5 Vengeance RAM, and a couple of Western Digital SN770 SSDs (1TB and 2TB). I also have an Acer Nitro XV272U V3 monitor that supports 1440p at 180Hz. Living in Delhi, it gets pretty hot and dusty, so I need some effective cooling solutions. I'm looking for recommendations on a cabinet, cooler, and PSU, but I'm trying to stick to options that are good value since my budget is tight.

Since you're gaming at 1440p and the 5070Ti isn't the most powerful GPU, you might consider downgrading to a Ryzen 7 9700X. It could save you some cash while still delivering similar gaming performance. Just a thought!
I’ve paired a 9700X with an RTX 5080, and honestly, it performs quite well! In many games, the CPU usage is only around 30-40% while the GPU is fully utilized. You might find that dialing back to a 9700X could give you more flexibility with your budget.
I’m not super technical either, and I totally get where you’re coming from! I spent a lot of time researching before settling on my build too. If you're not sure about the 9700X compared to the 9800X3D, I can point you to some helpful videos and articles that break it down!
