I recently reset my PC and started monitoring my GPU temps while fine-tuning the fan curves and undervolting. I noticed that my RTX 3090 FTW3 gets a bit hot, reaching about 83 or 84°C on the hotspot and memory junction during gaming. Before the undervolt, it even hit 100°C in some tests. After running FurMark, I recorded 92°C on the hotspot and 88°C on the memory at 1900 MHz with 850 mV. Are these temperatures normal, or should I consider redoing the thermal paste and pads?

If you're hitting those temps after undervolting and your case is good for airflow, it might be worth a look. If you previously had lower temps under the same conditions, then redoing the thermal paste might help. Just keep an eye on how things perform overall and consider testing other components for overheating.
Whether your temperatures are considered "normal" really depends on how your card performed before in similar conditions, including the same games, environment, and driver versions. If you've noticed that temps have increased substantially since your last testing session, it might be time for a re-paste. Also, check your airflow—try running your setup with the side or front panel removed to see if that helps; sometimes it's just a fan configuration issue.
