I spent about five hours last night putting together my new PC, the first time I've built one since 2014 or 2015. The good news is that it posted successfully! However, I ran into a couple of issues. One of my RGB fans isn't lighting up, and the connector is in a really awkward spot. Also, I've got an AMD 6700XT Red Devil OC Edition GPU that needs two 8-pin connections. My PSU is a CORSAIR RM850e from 2025, but it didn't come with two PCIe 6+2 cables, or I might have misplaced one. I do have a 12V-2x6 cable that splits into two 6+2 connections. Is it safe to use this for my GPU? I couldn't find much info on this PSU, and I'm worried about messing anything up.

If your PC booted up, you should be good! It wouldn't power up if there was a problem with the cables or connections. Just make sure everything's seated correctly and that you're monitoring your temps. Enjoy gaming!
