What Secure File Sharing Services Do You Recommend for Client Collaboration?

Hey everyone! I'm currently on the lookout for a secure file sharing service that can facilitate easy collaboration between my company and various clients. We're using SharePoint right now, but it's becoming a hassle to set up guest accounts for too many clients, especially since our policies restrict downloading. Ideally, I'm looking for something similar to WeTransfer but tailored for business use. It must meet the following criteria:

* ISO 27001 certified
* Support for Entra SSO
* Data hosting should be in the EU

If you have experience with any services that fit the bill, I'd love to hear your thoughts! Thanks in advance!

Box.com is a solid choice for secure file sharing between different companies. It meets many security standards and is user-friendly.

I recommend Egnyte! I used it in a previous role when collaborating between two companies. It’s separate from the common solutions like OneDrive and is GDPR compliant, which is a big plus. Plus, it supports local NAS boxes for faster access if you're working with large files like CAD.

For frequent or large exchanges, an FTP setup can work well, especially using something like share..xy. For more administrative sharing, we use kDrive from Infomaniak (a Swiss company), which has a similar function to Google Drive and allows folder sharing—just a heads up that the other person will need to create an account.

Have you tried Citrix Sharefile? I've used it before, though I’ve heard it recently got sold, so the pricing might be higher than before and support's been hit or miss since then.

Yeah, I've noticed that too! It’s kind of a shame because it used to be great for our needs.
