Help with PC Stuttering Issues in Some Games

Hey everyone! I'm having a frustrating issue with my gaming setup and would love your insights. I'm noticing frequent stuttering or brief freezing in certain games like Hogwarts Legacy, FC25, and Witcher 3, even when I lower the graphics settings. Interestingly, other games run perfectly smooth on high or ultra settings. I'm not very knowledgeable about PC builds, so I'm wondering if there's anything specific I should consider changing to fix this problem? Here are my PC specs:

- **CPU:** AMD Ryzen 5 5600 MPK 3.5GHz 32MB 6 AM4 7nm
- **Motherboard:** Asus Prime B450M-K II AMD AM4 4400MHz (OC) DDR4
- **GPU:** ASUS Dual GeForce RTX 4060 OC 8GB GDDR6
- **RAM:** Corsair Vengeance LPX 64GB (2x32GB) 3600MHz CL18
- **SSD:** Kingston NV2 1TB NVMe PCIE 4.0
- **Case:** XPG Valor Air Rainbow RGB Mid Tower 650W 80+ White Gaming

I'm happy to provide any extra info if needed. Thanks a ton!

First things first, check your Task Manager to see if your CPU, GPU, or SSD are maxing out at 100% while you're gaming. It's normal for the GPU to be at full usage during play, but the others should be under control.

Are the games you’re playing legit copies or pirated? Also, you might want to reinstall Windows or look into using DDU to clean up your drivers. Sounds like it could be a Windows issue rather than a hardware one.

All my games are legitimately purchased, mostly from Epic and Steam. I did a Windows reinstall but didn’t notice any difference. I haven’t touched the BIOS settings or know what DDU is, though.
