Hey everyone! I'm in the process of gathering parts for my next PC build and planning to use a Ryzen 9 7950X3D CPU, an RTX 5090 GPU, and 256GB of RAM (4x64GB). I also need to accommodate 3 NVMe SSDs and 4 HDDs since I'll be migrating from my current setup. I picked the MSI MAG B850 TOMAHAWK MAX WIFI motherboard, but I'm wondering if it was the right decision. Am I making a mistake or is this a solid choice for my needs? I'm a bit of a beginner, so any advice would be appreciated!

It sounds like you're focusing on handling large datasets, so I get the choice for that much RAM. Just keep in mind, full speed isn't essential for your tasks, so if reasonable speed works for you, you should be fine with the setup you chose.
The MSI MAG B850 TOMAHAWK MAX WIFI is a decent motherboard, but with all those high-end components, I would personally recommend the X870E Tomahawk instead. It might give you better performance and features for your setup. Also, are you sure about going for 4x64GB DDR5 RAM? That could be tricky to run at full speed with that configuration.
