I'm looking to make my last CPU upgrade for my AM4 setup that features a Ryzen 7 2700X and an RTX 2070. Almost everyone points to the 5700X3D or 5800X3D as the best choices, but where I live, they're either sold out or priced over €400, which seems ridiculous for an outdated platform. Since I want to continue using my motherboard and DDR4 RAM for a while longer, I'm wondering which standard Zen 3 CPU I should consider. Should I go for the Ryzen 7 5700X, Ryzen 5 5600, or Ryzen 7 5800XT? Thanks for any advice!

If you're tight on cash, the 5600 is definitely enough for a smooth experience. But honestly, all three choices could work for you!
A 5800XT is a solid upgrade, and interestingly, I've seen it priced similarly to the 5700X. Makes you wonder why!
It really depends on pricing in your area. All those options are decent, but pick based on your budget.
I own a 5600 and it's been great! If you're on a budget, it offers smooth performance and fits the bill nicely.
I previously had a 5800X before switching to AM5, and it did its job really well. I was happy with it!
