I recently purchased a computer case that comes equipped with built-in fans and ARGB lighting. However, I've run into an issue where the ARGB lighting won't turn on, while the fans are functioning properly. I'm looking for some troubleshooting tips or solutions to fix this problem.

First off, what model of case did you buy? Sometimes the model can give clues about potential issues. Also, take a look at the manual; it might mention if there’s a specific fan controller in use that could be causing trouble. Sometimes the ARGB needs to be connected to the motherboard or a separate ARGB controller to work properly.

Have you checked the connectors? The ARGB lighting often requires specific connections, and from what you mentioned, those SM4P connectors can be tricky. If you haven't already, try jiggling the connections to see if there’s a loose cable. You might also want to test the connectors on the motherboard’s fan and ARGB ports just to rule out issues there.
