I'm looking to break into the DevOps space and currently have about a year of experience as an IT admin. I want to know if certifications, like those from AWS or Terraform, are actually valued by recruiters in Poland. Do they increase my chances of getting hired, or are they just a waste of money? I'm also considering a bootcamp that offers an income share agreement. Is that a good idea?
