Is My RAM the Problem Here?

I recently built a new PC and initially had some trouble booting. After troubleshooting, I found out that the motherboard was at fault, so I replaced it. Now, when I turn on my PC, the RAM indicator light on the motherboard lights up. I've done some research, cleared the CMOS, and tried removing one RAM stick to test it. I've also performed a BIOS flashback. I'm not very experienced with PC building, so I apologize if I've used any incorrect terms or if I need to provide more information. Is there anything else I can check, or does it seem likely that my RAM is faulty? My setup includes an ROG B850 motherboard, Ryzen 7 9800x3d processor, and Crucial DDR5 32GB 6000 CL36 RAM.

It sounds like you're dealing with a RAM issue. I’d recommend running a RAM test if you can get to that point. Sometimes, it's just a matter of a bad stick or a seating issue. Have you tried booting with just one RAM stick at a time?

It's a new build, so I haven't been able to install Windows yet because of the no signal error.

Did it boot with only one RAM stick installed? Make sure to test both sticks individually. Also, are you getting any display output or is the whole PC just not turning on (like no lights or fans)?

I did try both sticks one at a time. The fans are running, but there’s no display output.
