What GPU should I get for my older gaming setup?

Hey everyone! My GPU just died after my PC sat unused for about two months, and I got it checked at a local shop. The PSU is working fine, but the GPU is completely dead. I'm using an Asus B85 Plus motherboard with an i7 4790k processor and 32GB of DDR3 RAM, powered by a DarkForce 600W PSU.

I'm not looking to upgrade my motherboard or CPU, and I'm skipping Windows 11 since my CPU isn't supported anyway. My goal is to game, but I'm a bit worried about CPU bottlenecking. I think my CPU is decent enough and can overclock, so I might be okay on that front. I want a GPU that can handle Unreal Engine 5 games, though I don't need the highest settings.

I previously had an Asus R9 270X with 3GB, and it worked pretty well. I'm hoping to find a GPU with plenty of VRAM and no known major issues, but I'm pretty out of touch with what's currently available. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

Honestly, with your setup, you're not going to get the most out of modern GPUs. I'd suggest looking at the GTX 1070 or 1080; those are solid options that still perform decently. The 1660 Super could be another choice. Just remember, even if they test well, you might still notice a CPU bottleneck in some games.

Thanks! I'm mainly playing older titles anyway, so I'm okay with those options. Just wanted to make sure there's nothing better out there!
