Trouble Booting My New PC with Dual RAM Sticks

Hey everyone! I'm having issues with my new PC build. I can't get it to boot with both RAM sticks installed. When I removed one stick, the PC powered on just fine, and I was able to install Windows without any issues. However, as soon as I put the second stick back in, the computer won't boot. Can anyone suggest troubleshooting steps for this problem?

Have you checked if the RAM sticks are seated properly in their slots? Sometimes they can look like they're in, but need a bit more pressure to click into place.

I noticed that you mentioned the RAM cards do work individually in slot B2. Have you tried placing both sticks in slots B1 and B2 together? That might help you figure out if one of the slots is faulty.
