External CD Drive Not Showing Up in File Explorer

I recently purchased a Rioddas external CD drive for my PC, but I'm having trouble getting it to show up in File Explorer. It is recognized in Device Manager, but that's it. I've tried several methods to fix this issue, but nothing has worked so far. Can anyone offer some advice on how to resolve this?

You might want to check Disk Management to see if the drive shows up there. If it does, you can assign it a drive letter by right-clicking on the drive and selecting 'Change Drive Letter and Paths', then 'Add'. That might solve the problem!

I saw something in Disk Management too, but it says 931.50GB, which is probably my SSD, not the CD drive.
