Help! My Laptop Won’t Charge and is Stuck at 0%

I'm having a frustrating issue with my laptop where it won't charge properly. When I plug in the charger, it works perfectly fine, but as soon as I unplug it, the laptop shuts down immediately. The battery indicator always shows 0% even when it's connected to the charger. I've checked the battery's specs, and it seems to have enough life left. I'm using an Aspire A715-76G as my model. Any advice would be appreciated!

Honestly, there might be some confusion with that battery life reading. Let's troubleshoot a bit:
1. Try using a different charger to see if that helps.
2. Test your current charger on another laptop, if you can.
3. If all else fails, consider getting a new battery.
If none of these work, it could be a bigger issue, but it’s almost certainly a battery problem based on what you've described.

I don't have any of those options handy. Can I just take it to the manufacturer's repair service? I really hope it's just a bad battery!

It sounds like your battery might be dead and unable to hold a charge anymore. You might need to replace it, unfortunately.
