I just built my own PC, but I'm running into a strange issue. Whenever I shut it down, I have to press the power button three times to get it to turn on properly. The first press makes everything power up, but there's no display. The second press turns everything off immediately, and only after pressing it a third time does it finally boot up with a screen showing. Here are my specs:
- Asus B850-I Gaming Motherboard
- 9800x 3D
- 64GB 64000mHz RAM
- 5090 Asus Astral GPU
- 2TB 9100 Pro SSD
- 4TB 990 Pro SSD
- Corsair SF1000 Power Supply

It sounds like your system might need time to perform memory training at startup, which can take up to 15 minutes. If you want to speed this up, consider enabling memory context restore in the BIOS settings. That could help with the boot process.
