I've noticed that when using Linux Mint, the right-click menus in different areas like the Start Menu and Network Manager seem to have limited functionality. It's inconsistent—sometimes it works, but other times it doesn't at all. It feels like the right mouse button is still in testing and hasn't been fully integrated yet. Is there any reason for this?

Honestly, it seems like right-clicking is treated like an experimental feature. A lot of users rely on it more than they should; maybe it's time to explore other navigation methods?
If you're using XFCE, you'll love how it allows right-clicking anywhere on the screen. It really enhances the user experience with those quick access menus.
Different desktop environments (DEs) have varying default settings for right-click menus. Some are much better than others when it comes to functionality and customization.

Are you referring to the right-click button itself, or to the overall experience with Linux?
