Hey everyone! I recently upgraded to a 5070 Ti and I'm currently using a Ryzen 7 3800XT with 32GB of RAM. My setup runs great at 1440p, easily hitting 100+ frames on ultra settings, especially with DLSS. I'm thinking about replacing my monitor but I'm on the fence about going for a 4K display. Will my system handle it well enough for decent frame rates? Any thoughts or advice? Thanks!

Stick to 1440p, trust me. With refresh rates from 144Hz to 240Hz, you’ll have smoother gameplay. Sure, the 5070 Ti can do 4K, but unless you're cool with 60fps, you're better off with 1440p.
If you're thinking about future-proofing, going for a 4K monitor could be a smart choice. Even if games can't run at full 4K now, you can always lower the settings. Plus, once you upgrade your GPU down the line, you'll be all set for 4K gaming! Just keep in mind your current performance needs.
As someone content with 60 FPS in 4K, I’ve enjoyed my upgrade, but I keep a second monitor at 1440p for any games that might struggle. Honestly, the biggest upgrade for me was the OLED screen, not just the resolution. If you want solid performance with visuals, I’d suggest getting a nice 1440p OLED instead!
I agree with the 1440p recommendation. 4K monitors can be quite pricey, and while the 5070 Ti is a solid card, it might not perform as well in a year or two at 4K. For the best experience over time, I’d recommend sticking with 1440p, especially if you're playing games like WOW or more competitive titles.
Honestly, I think sticking to 1440p might be the better move. The 5070 Ti can handle 4K, but for competitive gaming where you want high FPS, 1440p is more reliable. If you play single-player RPGs, 4K can be nice, but it really depends on your gaming style! Consider checking out a 1440p OLED for an awesome visual boost.

Definitely! WOW at 1440p on an OLED is something I'd recommend for the best experience!
