I've been experiencing an issue where my PC unexpectedly shuts down when it's under heavy load, particularly during gaming sessions with demanding graphical titles like Exp33 or KCD2. What's peculiar is that after these shutdowns, I can only restart my computer by turning off the power supply unit (PSU), holding the power button for about 15 seconds, and then turning the PSU back on. My current setup includes an MSI A850GF 850W Gold power supply, a B650 TUF motherboard, a 7800 XT GPU, and a 7600X CPU. Does anyone have any ideas on what might be causing this?

I'm about 95% sure that you need to consider replacing your PSU. Did this issue start occurring out of the blue, or did you change any hardware recently, like a new GPU or anything?
It sounds like you might be dealing with a power supply issue, which is a relatively affordable fix. Just make sure your PSU is functioning properly, especially if it's had some years of use.
I have the A850GF Gold, and it has a 10-year warranty. I'm thinking of sending it in for a warranty claim.
You should check the Event Viewer to see if there are any clues about what happens right before the shutdowns. It could be an overheating issue, or perhaps your PSU is overheating due to lack of air flow. Also, don’t forget about basic maintenance like dust buildup and ensuring there's enough space around your components.
I checked Event Viewer, but it didn’t provide any useful information—just showed that it shut down.
There could be multiple reasons for this behavior: it might be the PSU, the motherboard, or even something deeper in the system. I would recommend running a memtest, and if possible, trying out another PSU that can match or exceed your current output.
I already ran memtest, but I don’t have another PSU on hand to test with.
What specific PSU are you using? Your graphics card and CPU specifications can help figure this out too. It seems like there might not be enough power being supplied when everything is running at full capacity.
The PSU is the A850GF 850W Gold, my GPU is the 7800 XT, and my CPU is the 7600X.

No, I haven't changed anything lately.
