I recently installed a new motherboard and a 9950x3d processor in my build. When I powered it on, it prompted me about fTPM and BitLocker, and I pressed 'y'. After that, I was taken to the BIOS where I set the XMP profile and configured my fans. Since then, the system has been just displaying changing diagnostic numbers. Is it still working on something, or should I turn it off? I'm worried about stopping it in the middle of a process and potentially damaging my new RAM and CPU. Can anyone help me out?

Is it still running? Memory training can indeed take up to 30 minutes in some cases. If it's taking longer than that, you might need to choose a slower memory profile, reduce the RAM clock speed manually, or just disable XMP/EXPO completely.
When you mention the diagnostic numbers, are those related to CPU temperature and similar stats? If that's the case, you're still on the BIOS screen. Wouldn't hurt you to turn it off if necessary.

Yeah, I tried clearing the CMOS and I'm running it again with default settings.
