I'm facing a strange RAM issue where my PC will only boot if I have a RAM stick installed in the A2 slot. If I try the same stick in the B2 slot, the system posts and gets into BIOS, but it fails to boot into Windows and ends up restarting repeatedly. When I use two sticks in the A2 and B2 slots, I also encounter crashes or boot loops. Both sticks work perfectly fine on their own in the A2 slot, but neither will boot Windows when in B2. Using EXPO/XMP settings makes things worse, but the problem persists even at stock speeds of 4800 MHz. I've already returned my motherboard, cleared the CMOS numerous times, and updated the BIOS. I'm starting to suspect that there might be a dead or unstable memory channel or an issue with the CPU memory controller (AM5). Has anyone experienced this before? Could this point to a faulty CPU?

I had a similar problem before with an Xeon processor. It turned out that some pins on the motherboard were bent. You might want to check that out just in case!
