I just accidentally knocked over a beer and spilled around 4 ounces into my new gaming PC while checking my headset. I quickly turned off the power supply and removed the GPU, then cleaned everything I could with rubbing alcohol and dabbed it dry. I'm really worried about whether my PC will be okay. Any advice?

You'll be alright as long as everything is definitely dry before you power it back on. Just give it time, and don't rush. If it's all dried out, you should be good to go.
Accidents happen! Maybe consider getting a desk cup holder or something to keep drinks safe and away from your gear. It's a lesson learned for a minimal cost. Wishing you the best!
You're most likely fine! I had a similar experience when I spilled coffee on my laptop last year. I cleaned it up and left it to dry for a week, and it still works perfectly. Just be patient and make sure everything is dry.
Just be sure to unplug it and let it completely dry before you try turning it on again. I hope nothing got fried! And I totally get it; I've had my fair share of clumsy moments too!

Haha, I can relate! I only get clumsy when I'm drinking. I didn't even think to put my drink far from my PC, and of course, that's when it happens!
