Has Anyone Else Experienced a Creepy Phone Call Like This?

I have an Apple iPhone, and something really unsettling happened while I was studying abroad in Ireland about three years ago. My parents came over to visit, and we were all staying in different hotel rooms. I called my mom to see if they were ready for dinner, but when I dialed her number, I suddenly heard her voice. It sounded like she was in a conversation, so I said "Hey mom" to get her attention, but she didn't respond. Then I recognized my brother's voice—strange, because he was back in the US while my parents were with me in Ireland. As I listened, it became clear that their conversation was from years ago, discussing personal issues from college. I got freaked out and hung up. When I asked my mom about it, she hadn't talked to my brother recently and found the whole thing bizarre. I'm puzzled by what happened since my family isn't tech-savvy. Has anyone ever encountered something like this? What could explain it?

I had a weird incident too! Once, my bass amp picked up a convo between two people discussing tile colors for their bathroom. My best guess is that you might have somehow tapped into a recorded call or a voicemail that got mixed up. It’s a bizarre thing, but you're definitely not alone in this strange phone interference!

This sounds like a total Twilight Zone moment! Honestly, it’s wild to consider that there could be old recordings on her phone that were activated somehow. Have her check if there’s any voicemail from that time. It’s interesting how technology can sometimes act in strange ways!

Could it be a glitch in the matrix? I mean, there are tons of theories about phones picking up stray signals. Some believe it’s all about parallel universes or a time warp. If I were you, I’d check if your mom has any saved messages that could explain this odd occurrence. It might just be technology’s weird side.

Wow, that's some serious creepypasta territory! It sounds like it could be a mix-up with phone routing. Occasionally, calls can get misrouted, leading you to accidentally overhear another conversation. It’s rare, but not impossible! Usually, with phones, we trust the technology fully, but things like this remind us just how weird it can get occasionally.

I think there might’ve been a recording glitch or something with a voicemail. It sounds strange, but maybe if your mom started a recording during the call with your brother, it could be how you heard it. Keep looking into it; the tech side can be way weirder than we think!
