Hey everyone! I'm in the process of building a gaming PC and here's roughly what I'm considering. The games I plan to play include Witcher 3, Frostpunk 2, and Expedition 33. My budget is around $1,500, though I'm flexible since I want this setup to last a while. My dad suggested I go with the AMD Rx 9070 XT, but it's pretty pricey right now at $700-1,200. Does anyone have recommendations for a graphics card in the $150-350 range? If there aren't any good alternatives, I might just wait for prices to drop!

The 9060 XT 16GB is a little above your price range, but it could be a good investment compared to other new options. Also, check out used 3080 Ti cards; you can find them for around the low $300s these days.
Honestly, if you're looking at GPUs under $350, you probably won't find anything that matches the 9070 XT's performance. The closest high-tier option would be something like the RTX 5070 Ti, but it's still around $750. Might have to save up a bit more or keep an eye on sales!

How about the performance on those used cards? Is it risky to buy secondhand?
