I'm having a major issue with my iPhone XR - it's completely stuck in the Safari app! I can't swipe to get to my home page, access my camera widget by swiping down, or even power down the device. I can only navigate within Safari, which is how I'm able to post this. Any suggestions on what I can do to escape this?

You should try force restarting your phone again. Make sure to take off any case first. Here’s how: Quickly press and release the volume up button, then quickly press and release the volume down button, and finally press and hold the side button until the Apple logo appears. It might help!
