Best WiFi Adapter Options for My Pre-Built PC

I'm moving soon, and unfortunately, I won't be able to run an Ethernet cable to my PC. I've heard about using PCIe WiFi cards, but I'm not sure what to look for or where to install one. I found the specs online, but I'm a bit lost on how everything fits together. My motherboard is the B550-A PRO and I'm running an AMD Ryzen 9 5900x. If anyone can suggest a compatible card (or a USB option if PCIe isn't possible) and guide me on where to install it, I'd really appreciate it! Bonus points for something affordable and easy to set up!

Your B550-A PRO should have enough PCIe slots for a WiFi card. Check the shorter slots beneath your GPU; you'll likely find a good spot there. I recommend looking for something like the TP-Link AC600 or Intel AX200 models; they're solid choices and typically cost about $25-40. The installation is pretty straightforward—just pop off the metal bracket, slide the card in, and secure it with a screw. It's easier than it sounds! If you're not comfortable opening your case, a USB WiFi adapter also works fine, but PCIe is generally more reliable.

Does it make a difference if I choose an Intel card with my AMD CPU? Also, I noticed the slots beneath my GPU are the same size; will those still fit?
