Why isn’t my AMD chipset recognized on my system?

Hey everyone! I'm having trouble with my setup where my system isn't recognizing the chipset properly. Here's what I'm working with: I have a Radeon RX 6800 graphics card and a Ryzen 5 7600x processor, all on a B650 Gigabyte gaming motherboard with Wi-Fi. I'm running Windows 11 and trying to update my chipset driver, but it just won't install. I've manually tried installing from both Gigabyte and AMD, and even from the Adrenalin software. I also used AMD's cleanup utility to do a fresh reinstall, but I'm still stuck. I'll add the chipset installer log in the comments to give you a better idea of what's happening. Any suggestions?

It sounds frustrating! First off, make sure you're downloading the chipset drivers directly from AMD's official site. Sometimes, using the motherboard's utility can cause issues if it’s not up to date. Also, check if your BIOS is updated; an outdated BIOS can lead to recognition problems. Let me know if you need help finding the right drivers!

Totally agree on checking the BIOS! It can make a big difference in hardware compatibility.

I didn’t see any error messages in the logs you mentioned. Just to be sure, have you exhausted every option from AMD’s downloads page? They have a specific section for chipset drivers that might help. Make sure you're selecting the right model too!
