Looking for Recommendations on Non-OLED 27″ Monitors with Great Image Quality

I'm in the market for a 27-inch monitor with a refresh rate of at least 140Hz, since my Alienware AW2725DF met an untimely demise thanks to my cat. It's totally unrepairable and I can't return it, so I'm moving on to something non-OLED this time around. I'm skipping OLED primarily because I don't want to spend over $700 again, and honestly, I regularly watch streams that feature static HUDs and browser frames. I had a bit of a burn-in issue with my last monitor, and while it wasn't too bad, I want to avoid that in the future. My usage leans more towards productivity and media consumption, rather than gaming. Also, the glossy surface on the Alienware was a nightmare to clean and ended up with some permanent damage from a careful move. I know the AOC Q27G3XMN offers great value, but are there any higher-quality mini LED backlit IPS monitors I should consider?

If you're cool with a curved screen, the AOC CQ27G4ZH could be a great fit for you. I personally prefer it, but I’m not too picky about brightness, which is why I haven't looked into mini LED options much. Just something to consider!

Good news! The AW2724DF is priced at $650, so you're actually under $700 for an OLED option. But if you're looking for non-OLED, the AOC Q27G3XMN is an excellent choice for under $600, and the only other competitor in that price range is the Cooler Master Tempest GP2711, but I’ve heard both have poor response times for gaming. For something higher-end, check out the Cooler Master Tempest GP27Q which is $450 right now, down from $700. Just be cautious as it may have some haloing issues given its zone limitations. If HDR is a priority for you, I really think you should consider sticking with OLED unless you're set on a more budget-friendly IPS monitor, which you can find under $300.

What’s a decent IPS monitor for that price range? I heard the Dell G2724D is good, but at $314, it feels pricey to me.
