Need Help Installing Windows on My New PC Build

Hey everyone! I just finished putting together my new PC setup with these parts:

- Gigabyte x870 Eagle WiFi7 motherboard
- Ryzen 7 9700X processor
- RX 9070XT Gaming OC graphics card
- 64GB (4x16GB) G.Skill Trident Z5 RAM
- 2TB Crucial SATA SSD for Windows installation (currently removed to troubleshoot)

I've been having trouble getting past the installation screen where I choose the drive for installation. I've followed various advice on BIOS settings like TPM, Secure Boot, and fTPM. My BIOS version is F2, which should work with my CPU, and I'm hesitant to update it due to fear of potentially bricking my motherboard.

I'm using a 32GB SanDisk USB drive formatted to FAT32 and set up with the Windows 11 installation media tool,

However, when I try to boot from the USB, I only see a black screen with the Windows logo loading indefinitely. I know similar issues have been discussed, but I wanted to share my specific situation. Any help would be appreciated!

It sounds like you might want to try removing all other storage drives except for the one you're installing Windows on. Make sure that only the 2TB SSD is connected. Then, boot from the USB and format that SSD during the installation process. This could help clear any confusion the installer might have about where to install Windows.

If you have another computer, it’s a good idea to update the BIOS. It might help resolve your installation issues. I understand being hesitant, but having an updated BIOS can improve compatibility with your hardware. Just make sure to follow the instructions carefully to avoid any problems.
