I've noticed that my Ryzen 5 7600x typically idles around 70°C, but during intense gaming sessions with max graphics settings, it spikes to 80-90°C. Is this normal, or should I be concerned? Any tips on how to manage these temperatures?

It's actually pretty normal for the Ryzen 7000 series to hit up to 95°C without any damage. If you're looking to drop those temps, you might want to enable eco mode, adjust your PBO settings, or invest in a better cooler. There's some useful info on AMD's community forums about managing temperatures too!
Also, you could limit your FPS to match your monitor's refresh rate. Something like AMD Chill or NVIDIA settings can help keep your system cooler by preventing it from generating unnecessary extra frames.
