I'm looking for a way to manage all my calls directly from my PC using the SIM card from my phone. Ideally, I want to make and receive calls through my PC's microphone and speakers. I have a Bluetooth adapter, but I don't have a modem and I want to avoid using any VoIP services or Microsoft Phone Link. Any suggestions?

Honestly, Microsoft Phone Link is the most straightforward option for what you're trying to do. It easily connects your phone and lets you handle calls from your PC. But if you’re set against it, I'm curious to know why you don’t want to go that route?

I just find it clunky and prefer a more seamless experience without it.
