I can't figure out how it knew her name since I don't remember ever mentioning it in my prompts. I haven't given it access to my email, and I only use voice when I'm driving. Can anyone explain how it might have gotten her name?

Have you checked your chat history? You might have mentioned her name in a different conversation. Also, look in the settings to see if you accidentally saved any memories or custom instructions that could include her name. If you didn’t do any of that, it’s definitely a bit creepy!
It could be that you mentioned it in a deleted chat or if you're sharing an account with someone. You might want to ask it directly how it recognized her name—just to be sure!
