Trouble with My Dell Laptop’s Graphics Drivers

Hey everyone! I've been having some major issues with my Dell G15 5515 laptop, which has a Ryzen 5600H processor. It's been lagging a lot lately, and when I checked what was going on, I found that the NVIDIA app said there were no drivers installed. I tried reinstalling the drivers using both the NVIDIA app and doing it manually from the control panel, but that didn't work. I even used DDU for a clean install, but I kept getting an error (error code 43). I attempted using nvcleaninstall and nvflash64, but both ended in errors. I updated my BIOS hoping that it would fix something, but now the NVIDIA drivers aren't loading properly. To top it off, hwinfo shows a [FAKE] prefix before my GPU's name. Can anyone explain what [FAKE] means? Is my laptop done for, and if so, what are my options?

When dealing with laptops, it’s best to use the drivers from your laptop's support page instead of the general NVIDIA installers. I've run into similar issues when using the generic drivers, as they’re not tailored for the specific hardware in your laptop. Make sure to download the drivers directly from Dell’s support site.

I did try that, but nothing changed.
