I just installed Windows 11 for the first time earlier this week, and I've noticed that some app icons on the taskbar are not showing up correctly. The only change I've made that could be related is altering some drive letters, but none of the affected programs were installed on those drives. I even tried reinstalling a few of the apps, but the icons still don't show up in the taskbar. Has anyone else experienced this?

Also, make sure your Windows is fully updated. Sometimes pending updates can interfere with how things display, including icons.
It's possible that changing the drive letters messed with the shortcuts for those apps. Have you tried resetting the taskbar or rebuilding the icon cache? Sometimes that helps clear up icon display issues after such changes.
How did you go about installing Windows 11? Just curious if there might be something during the setup affecting your current setup.
