Hey everyone! I'm having some serious issues with my Windows 11 laptop. It has 16 GB of RAM, but right now my CPU usage is spiking at 100%. According to Task Manager, it's showing that CPU usage is mainly from Task Manager itself at 33.5%, then there's the Local Security Authority Process using 14-15%. I'm not running any software other than Chrome, yet I'm getting logged out of websites, and my laptop is running super slow. I've restarted it a few times, but I'm still facing problems. Also, it's trying to download something on my Free Download Manager every time I turn on the laptop, and it's heating up quite a bit. Plus, I can't even get Windows Explorer to open from the Task Manager. I appreciate any help or advice!

Have you checked the Task Manager to see what’s consuming your CPU? It might help if you run 'msconfig' and disable non-Windows services as well. If this problem started after installing something new, consider uninstalling that program to see if it helps.
