I have a Lenovo Legion laptop running Windows 11, and I'm facing some frustrating issues. While playing Skyrim, I decided to exit the game, and I was greeted with a black screen. After that, my laptop started restarting on its own, and I noticed purple lines on the display. The laptop's fan is also whirring loudly, which seems odd. I can still play the game, but whenever I try to save or load, it often results in another black screen. This issue isn't limited to Skyrim; I have the same problem with Assassin's Creed Valhalla, although the purple lines don't always appear, and the resolution sometimes looks off. I've already attempted a clean install of the GPU drivers and checked for errors using the Lenovo Vantage app, but nothing seems to be amiss.

It sounds like the laptop restarting by itself might be a hardware issue. The purple lines could be caused by either a faulty driver or a failing GPU, or even a problem with the screen itself. Those are usually the culprits when it comes to graphics issues and unexpected restarts.

So it's definitely something I should look into? Any tips on what I can try to fix it?
