I'm trying to find a way to get more information about what specific apps or products the charges refer to, since my bank statement just lists them as purchases from the App Store. It's odd because I can't find these transactions in my Apple account purchase history either. I'm worried there might be an issue or confusion with the charges, so I want to know if there's a way to get detailed info about what's been bought.

You can check all your App Store purchases by visiting reportaproblem.apple.com. It gives a detailed look at your recent transactions.
Sometimes, Apple groups multiple charges together. Try looking at your purchase history under your Apple ID to see if those charges match up. If not, you might want to check out the Apple Support discussion page about this issue for more insight about handling unknown charges.
