I was using my Inspiron 15 3530 laptop, and out of nowhere, the screen went black. The only thing I can see is my mouse pointer when I move it around. I've already tried most of the keyboard reset options I found online, but nothing seems to work. Since the laptop is only a few months old, I really wasn't expecting this issue. I'd really appreciate any help or solutions anyone might have!

If the screen stays black even after trying Task Manager, it might be a graphics driver issue. Booting into safe mode can help troubleshoot. You can do that by holding the Shift key while clicking Restart from the power options. This could let you roll back or update your drivers.
Have you tried pressing Ctrl + Shift + Esc to see if the Task Manager pops up? Sometimes the display issue can be fixed that way. If it still doesn't work, you might need to force restart your laptop by holding down the power button for a few seconds.
