I'm having some trouble with my iPhone 11 not charging. I have three cables, but only one seems to work, and even then, it shows that it's charging but the battery percentage doesn't actually increase. The other cables display a message about an accessory being connected, but don't actually charge the phone when I try to unlock it. I'm really confused because all the other phones in my house charge perfectly with any adapter or cable. I thought it might be an issue with the charging port, so I took it to a local repair shop, but they said my phone is picky about which chargers it recognizes. This is my first iPhone, and I'm really looking for some assistance!

It sounds like you might be dealing with counterfeit or low-quality charging cables. Apple has documented signs of fake Lightning cables, so it's a good idea to stick with a reputable brand. If you noticed that one cable works but isn't charging correctly, that could also be a sign that it's not functioning well enough for your phone. Just to be safe, you might want to get a high-quality replacement cable. Check out Apple’s guidelines for identifying real cables!

What about the power adapter? My sister's iPhone XR charges fine with it, so I didn't think it was the adapter.
