Has Anyone Experienced Memory Errors When Analyzing Files with GPT?

I started facing a strange memory allocation issue yesterday when trying to analyze files with GPT. Even though I've replicated the error on different devices and browsers, none of my teammates are having this problem. I initially thought it was limited to analyzing CSV files, but I can't get GPT to import any files at all, not even a small .txt. Everything else seems to function fine, and I don't suspect I've hit my usage limit. The error message I'm getting includes a line about resources being temporarily unavailable, and it only pops up when I try to import and analyze a file. I've tried clearing my cache, restarting everything, but nothing has worked. This issue persists across all available models. Has anyone else run into this type of error?

I’m having the same problem! Just yesterday I got a memory error while trying to analyze a few .csv files. It seemed to be working fine before, so I'm not sure what’s changed. Could definitely be a glitch on their end, or maybe the system is overloaded right now.

I’ve run into issues when working with Excel files too. It's frustrating because I know I haven't hit any limits either; I’ve only tried analyzing the same file once a week. It seems like something is definitely off with the import function now.

I also encountered this memory error today while trying to format a simple CSV. It's weird that it’s suddenly happening across so many users. Do you think they could have made an adjustment recently on their backend that’s impacting the file analysis features?
