I'm currently using an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti with a single fan, and I'm running into issues with insufficient VRAM for some games. I have a compact case, so I'm limited to smaller GPUs. My CPU is an i7-9700, and I'd like to keep my upgrade under $350, though I can be flexible. Additionally, the dimensions of any new GPU need to be no larger than 6 inches in length and 5 inches in height. Any recommendations?

You mentioned your size limitations are pretty strict. If everything is as tight as a toaster, perhaps Inno3D, MSI, or PNY might have a compact 5050 or 5060 version. Keep in mind, though, they often exceed your budget. Inno3D also has a small 4060 model that could work for you but watch the pricing.
For around $350, it's tough finding something that fits all your specs. You might be looking at an upgrade to 8GB of VRAM maximum. Just be careful with your case size; some of these compact cards can still be a squeeze!
Considering your i7-9700, you might want to look at a low-profile RTX 4060 if it fits your budget. Just make sure your CPU can handle it too!
