Can I transfer photos from my phone to a USB flash drive to free up storage?

I'm not very familiar with USB flash drives, and I'm looking for a way to transfer photos from my phone because I'm running low on storage. I'm considering buying a SAMSUNG Type-C USB Flash Drive with 256GB capacity. Will this work for transferring my photos so I can delete them from my phone?

As long as your phone supports data transfer over the charging port, you should be good to go! Just plug it in and transfer away!

Hey there! I just helped my wife with a similar issue. Instead of the one you picked, I suggest checking out the SanDisk Ultra 128 GB Dual Type-C USB 3.1 Flash Drive. It has both a USB-C for your phone and a USB-A for connecting to older devices like laptops or TVs, which is super handy! Just make sure your phone can transfer data through its charging port, and you should be all set!
