I'm looking to replace my SSD but I only have one slot available, so I've decided to clone my current SSD using Samsung Magician. I haven't done this before and noticed that most tutorials stop after the new SSD is installed. Once I've switched out the old SSD for the new one, will my computer recognize it right away? Do I need to do anything special to boot up like usual after cloning?

For cloning, I actually prefer using mechanical cloners because it simplifies the process. Just put the drives in the correct slots, plug them in, and hit a button to start the cloning. It's super user-friendly!
Once you've cloned your SSD and swapped the old one for the new, you typically won't need to do anything else. However, if your computer doesn’t immediately recognize the new drive as the boot option, you might need to check your BIOS settings and set the new drive as the boot priority.

Which mechanical cloner do you recommend? I've only used software tools and they've had mixed results for me.
