I'm using an older PC with a Z390 motherboard, an i7 9700k processor, a 2080 TI graphics card, 16GB of RAM, and a 1TB SSD. Everything runs smoothly—gaming, Steam, even stress-testing my GPU with FurMark. However, whenever I try to use Amazon Prime Video, my graphics card crashes completely. I'm wondering if there's something I need to enable or if this issue is coming from their side?

Have you thought about trying a different web browser? Sometimes issues can be browser-specific. Just a thought!
I did try it on both Chrome and Edge, but it still crashes.
